Ahoj-Brause: A Cult Brand Conquers TikTok

Task
To make the cult brand Ahoj-Brause known to younger audience through a TikTok campaign and to create interactive campaigns that not only attract attention, but also strengthen brand loyalty.

Challenge
Our challenge was to introduce Ahoj-Brause to TikTok for the first time and successfully position the brand there. In the dynamic and ever-changing social media landscape, we needed to find creative and innovative ways to engage the TikTok community effectively and purposefully.

Execution
In close collaboration with Ahoj-Brause, we initiated several campaigns, starting with the hashtag challenge #pulverdichauf, which went viral and reached over 700 million views. Further campaigns such as the #Kaubonbonsafari with interactive elements followed. The productions were specifically designed for TikTok and Instagram to maximize the reach and impact of the campaigns.

Outcome
The campaigns for Ahoj-Brause were exceptionally well received. The #pulverdichauf challenge became one of the most successful advertising campaigns on TikTok in Germany, with impressive media coverage and was even highlighted in TikTok’s own annual review as one of the highlight campaigns of 2020. This success has led to ongoing collaboration and further innovative social media campaigns.
